You don’t have to call it a hard 12 (2s are also not called a hardway) because there’s only one way to make it by both dice landing with the 6s on top (or 1s on top for snake-eyes/2s).
That’s part of the horn bet: 2, 12, 3, 11 which is part of the greater prop bets (proposition), or all the bets in the middle of the table.
